Coaching

We provide personal and group coaching in selected core areas. Our coaching engagement begins with an exploration of the specific growth objectives required. We use specific tools and certified coaches to help individuals or groups optimize their potential through personal engagement over a period of time. We deploy a world-class personality profiling tool which gives the individual to be coached an engaging, reinforcing and transformational insight into themselves leading to a great degree of self-awareness and self-management. 

To receive the profile, individuals complete an online personality evaluator. The output is a 20+ page profile which helps recipients gain a detailed understanding of their personal style, and how this impacts on their relationships and performance in both personal and professional environments.
