Victor is an American-certified NLP Practitioner and Coach. He is the CEO/Managing Consultant of TalentEquip Learning and Development Limited with headquarters in Lagos. Victor is a gifted facilitator, sales trainer, Accredited Management Trainer, motivational speaker, and consultant. He has delivered exciting workshops around Africa, the  United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. Delegates at his events and
Workshops have come from diverse sectors, including Banking, Insurance, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Education, and Healthcare.

Victor has a strong background in IT, Leadership, Sales, Sales Channel Management, and Marketing. He has delivered sales and Negotiation Skills programmes and facilitated sales strategy sessions for such companies as MainOne, Leadway Assurance, MTN, HP, and Diamond Bank.

He was certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy by the Tad James Co., USA, in 2008. In 2011, he was certified by Insights Scotland through the Africa Master Licensee, Connemara South Africa, becoming the first Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner (IDLP) in West Africa. Victor is a CMD-Accredited Management Trainer and member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, as well as the Learning and Development Network Nigeria. He is also a Regional Business Director of Clarity4D and an Accredited Business Partner.

Victor is quite energetic and displays good people skills. He has an exceptional ability to energise audiences with his speaking ability, personal stories, and humour.
