About this course

This course is an intermediate level sales course. It prepares sales professionals for a variety of sales situations. The course dwells heavily on personality management. It relies on Insights™ Discovery personality management concepts to teach delegates how to adapt and connect with different types of people in order to build solid, profitable, relationships. Delegates will learn how to leverage their natural psychological preferences and strengths at each stage of the sale.

Using the Insights™ Discovery colours of Fiery Red, Cool Blue, Sunshine Yellow and Earth Green, delegates explore the 4 different types of customers in the world and what influences them. They then use this information to modify or adapt their own natural preferences in order to connect with the customers, leading to smooth relationships that flow effortlessly.

A key benefit of this course is that delegates fill and receive a personalised profile exploring their personality preferences and selling style at each stage of the Insights 6-stage sales process. This is where sales people get their first "aha" moment in the course. They are shocked at how accurately Insights Discovery uncovers and predicts their sales behaviours.
