About this course

This course introduces selling techniques that prepare sales professionals for a variety of sales environments including retail, face-to-face, and business-to-business (B2B).

Selling thrives on relationships. Understanding the psychology of selling will significantly improve sales effectiveness. Sales professionals need to take specific steps, relying heavily on many psychological concepts, to create loyal customers that keep coming back time and again. This course introduces sales professionals to the psychology of selling and teaches them how to build and sustain profitable relationships.

This hands-on course contains many exercises, role plays, and guidelines to help the delegates master their selling skills during the course and start applying their newly acquired knowledge to their professional lives straight away. Bite sized group exercises are also provided that focus on specific concepts. These are then followed by more comprehensive sales exercises that help the delegates to put a series of smaller skills into practice and learn how to approach selling situations professionally.
